A well rounded, powerful wine. Superb on its own and very good with rich Italian dishes.

Compared to many others that I've tried, this 2005 offering is a bit "soft" as cabs go. However, it is still quite firm with plenty of varietal character and complexity. This is a great wine for those new to Cabernet Sauvignon. A delicious apertif, great with red meats and hearty cheeses. Repeat by for certain.
