($60) Dark red. Nicely focused aromas of cherry, strawberry liqueur and licorice, along with a hint of minerals. Taut and linear on the palate, the strawberry flavor showing very good sweetness and cut. The mineral notes come on strong on the lightly tannic finish, adding vivacity to the lingering red berry flavors. This is flat-out delicious.
