($32) Saturated deep red. Pungent minerally aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cedar. Sweet, superconcentrated and deep but with rare vinosity for the vintage lifting the flavors of strawberry, raspberry, mocha and spicy oak. An impressively expansive wine with outstanding length. The Moro family has reportedly gotten rid of most of their older barrels.

By far the best Emilio in last 4 years. The new Oak made a big difference. Excellent everyday wine

Well structured. Easy on the palate. Appealing dusty afetrtaste. The ripeness of the fruit made me feel I was dreinking a Pinot Noir.
