95 Points | International Wine Cellar , September/October 2006

($130; 65% garnacha, 20% cabernet sauvignon and 15% syrah) Saturated ruby. Remarkably fresh, heady aromas of raspberry, cherry, graphite and rose petal, lifted by incisive spice and pepper accents. Fleshy, velvety and impressively sweet, with the red berry and cherry flavors displaying uncanny depth; an exotic note of fruitcake adds dimension. This broad, luscious wine offers serious weight and terrific vibrancy, finishing impressively long, with tannins buried beneath the rich, concentrated fruit. The best version of this wine I've had, and I've had them all. (European Cellars, Charlotte, NC)
