($45; 15% alcohol with 20 grams of residual sugar) Medium yellow-gold color. Captivating aromas of pineapple, yellow plum, rose oil and spices; this smells serious! Powerful on the palate but not especially opulent or sweet thanks to its firm underlying structure. This is indeed a serious style of gewurztraminer.
