($60) Deep red-ruby. Black raspberry, gunflint and smoke on the nose. Sweet and lush but vibrant and suave, with a juicy elegance to the chewy red berry flavors. Finishes with a firm structure and sweet tannins. This may well merit a higher score as it gains complexity with more bottle aging.
