($30; includes bits of merlot, cab franc and petit verdot; mostly from Red Mountain fruit) Good deep red-ruby. Claret-like aromas of redcurrant and tobacco. Polished, silky and suave, with sweet red berry flavors complemented by nutty oak. Rather plush and fine-grained, but kept fresh by nicely integrated ripe acidity.
