($69) Dark ruby-garnet with violet reflections. Highly nuanced nose combines blackberry, orange zest, lightly roasted oak and nutty notes, all lifted by a mineral component. Complex and stylish on the palate, with varietally accurate cassis flavor joined by an almost salty minerality on the finish. This maintains a light touch without any loss of intensity or concentration. Finishes with fine-grained, well-judged tannins and excellent length. Drink 2007 to 2015.
