($45; lot # 002312 on the foil) Light gold color. Ripe apple and pear aromas, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and buttered toast. Round, supple and medium-bodied, with flavors of baked apple and orange. A toasty, fairly rich Champagne that's ready to drink.
