88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - March/April 1999

Medium bright red. Deeply spicy, intensely fruity aroma of raspberry, plum, cassis and tobacco. Sweet, concentrated and harmonious, with fresh acids giving the berry flavors clarity and penetration. Nicely layered texture. Finishes with sweet, ripe tannins and notes of roasted plum and earth. Another compelling value.
