95 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - January/February 2007

($160) Dark red. Incredibly fragrant nose offers intense scents of raspberry, blackberry and kirsch underscored by a vibrant mineral tone. Lush, creamy and very sweet, with strong red and dark fruit flavors, exotic spice accents and a smooth, velour-like texture. Whatever tannins this might have are completely absorbed by the deep, concentrated fruit. Finishes very sweet, with exceptional length and bright mineral lift.
