Big wine - tight package
03/02/2007
by DHG
J.L. Chave is know for big wines, many of which become classics. This is another classic cotes du Rhone. Not big in show but big as an expression with classic spice notes of tar and smoke and balanced fruit and acidic/tannic structure at the core all playing in concert. Decant for the extra umph.
