($14) From a producer that always manages to get ribolla right, this year's version is, surprisingly, a little herbaceous and sauvignon-like. The intriguing nose combines lemon, minerals, a whiff of resin and a strong suggestion of bell pepper. Minerally and firm in the mouth, with juicy flavors of lemon, grapefruit and herbs. Fresh if a bit simple on the finish.
