Medium red. Rather wild, exotic aromas of plum, redcurrant, mocha and smoked meat, with a whiff of coconut. Spicy red fruit flavors are not particularly fleshy but show a juicy character for the vintage, not to mention good intensity and balance. Finishes with ripe tannins and good persistence.
