90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September/October 2006

($36; 64% roussanne and 36% viognier) Slightly hazy, unfiltered appearance. Pure aromas of pear, apricot nectar, flowers and subtle spices. Lightly spicy, round and subtly insistent in the mouth, with a tangy tropical note of star fruit along with peach and lichee. Offers an intriguing combination of spicy and succulent elements. Finishes tactile, nicely dry and persistent, with solid structure.
