($30) Yellow-gold. Nutty pit fruit and smoked meat on the nose, with a complex array of herb and dried floral qualities adding complexity. Chewy peach and apricot flavors offer impressive depth, with firm minerality adding cut to the finish. This gained freshness with air so by all means decant before serving.
