($27; like the Petit Chablis and the first few premier crus, this was bottled in June) Ripe, musky aromas of pear and vanilla. Then more vibrant in the mouth than the Petit Chablis, with good breadth enlivened by juicy lemony cut. This boasts lovely balance and freshness.
