($35) Light yellow. Buttery, lush aromas of baked apple, orange, toasted nuts and fresh bread. Quite chewy, with strong flavors of iodine, mineral, orange zest and licorice. A hint of dried white flowers comes up on the round, concentrated finish. This has impressive grip and thrust, not to mention complexity.
