($40) Inky violet. Vivid red and dark berry scents complemented by coconutty oak and Asian spices. Deeply concentrated blackberry and blueberry flavors reach nook and cranny of the palate, picking up silky tannins on the close. Seems to gain in power on the finish while maintaining focus, leaving the palate stained with dark fruits and an exotic floral pastille quality. This is irresistible now.
