($23) Bright straw color. Mineral-tinged aromas of macadamia, lemon zest, quince and apple. Vibrant, sharply focused flavors of green apple, quince, petrol and wet stone. Finishes dusty and refreshingly bitter, with notes of quinine, fresh pear and key lime. (The Grateful Palate, Oxnard, CA)
