Taut and linear on the palate, offering sappy lemon and pear flavors that gain flesh with air. Finishes on a slightly tart note, with good mineral cut and a subtle floral nuance.

Dry & Bubbly
The fruit is a very subtle tart-pear, balanced with a lot of bubbles and a soft, dry finish. Very enjoyable and well worth the price.

For a great Champagne, you must start with a great wine. This is a great Champagne. It was perfect with the entire meal! I didn't really need other pairings -- this went with everything. Besides, there were only three of us and once you open a bottle of champagne, well.... It was no chore to finish.
