agreed with cg review except that i think it picks up graphite and even leather notes with a little air. one could decant this. i found that after 5 minutes in a glass it started to open nicely; not rough at the edges. after a day it was really, really good, round and elegant. would complement a pot roast, roasted chicken or even a burger.
