($32) Dense ruby. Vivid, spicy scents of blueberry, boysenberry and blackberry, plus hints of black pepper and graphite. Rich, deep dark fruit flavors are also nervy and bright. The wine's long, fleshy finish emphasizes its fruit. I'd drink this sweet fruit bomb on the young side but it has the balance to repay cellaring.
