Pale gold. Powerful orange, melon and passion fruit aromas convey an impression of ripeness, but aren't exotic or over the top. Lush, creamy and weighty, with ripe orchard and tropical fruits underpinned by gentle acidity. This is delicious now and would be a perfect match with assertively seasoned, richly sauced fish dishes.
