($44) Fresh aromas of pineapple and flowers, with a smoky nuance. A step up in intensity and depth from the Napa Valley bottling, with good cut and a firm spine of acidity. This has a distinctly leesy, smoky aspect and very good concentration. Rather Burgundian in character. Finishes with noteworthy persistence.
