Proprietor Toni Bodenstein offers site-specific Rieslings from a half dozen outstanding vineyards. These wines do a remarkable job of showcasing their site-specific character, while also demonstrating the complexity that talented winemaking can draw out of dry Riesling. Prager has recently become a more important source of Grüner Veltliner, both cultivating old vines and experimenting with plantings on terraces above where Riesling doesn't ripen properly. These are all exemplary dry wines for the price, with a good percentage of them exported to the US.
