(no new oak used) Good medium red. Sappy aromas of red cherry, spices and fresh herbs. Juicy and firm-edged, with red cherry and raspberry flavors accented by spice. Lively but essentially soft, fruit-driven and approachable. Etienne de Montille calls this a no-brainer for relatively early enjoyment.
