($63) Pale yellow-green. Inviting aromas of ripe peach and herbal spices. Quite complex in the mouth, with flavors of peach and green apple and a brilliant interplay of acidity. A note of delicate green apple lingers long on the finish. This still requires further maturation in bottle. Drink 2008 through 2015.
