First sample, from Bachasson: Peppery raspberry, cherry and cassis scents, with strong spice and mineral notes . Quite sweet. Dardouille : Rounder than the Bachasson, with sweet cassis and blackberry qualities and excellent density. The finished blend should be outstanding.
