(from young vines in Cornas) Ruby-red. Pungent raspberry and wild strawberry aromas accented by olive and violet. Suave, precise red berry flavors are firmed by fresh acidity, giving the wine compelling energy and clarity. Finishes brisk and long, with fine tannins. "This started off wild and herbaceous but it's all fruit now," noted Pierre-Marie Clape.
