($35) Medium red. Vanilla, sweet mocha and baking spices accent cherry and raspberry on the nose. Flavors of red berries and spicy oak display good brightness and are nicely firmed by fine-grained tannins. Finishes on a sweet note. Immediately appealing, suave pinot in a distinctly New World mold.

The nose is of light blackberry, fruity and brown sugar. The color is exceptional a dark crimson edging to violet. The taste crisp, fruity, meduim body, dry with a lasting finish. Very good with chicken and chocolate. This will score in the mid 90’s for sure.
