88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - January/February 2008

($23) Ruby-red. Aromas of raspberry, mocha and nuts, plus complicating notes of celery seed and dried flowers. Supple, sweet and very ripe, with a creamy texture and liqueur-like quality that reminded me of grenache. Not as complex in the mouth as the nose promises, but this plush wine possesses solid supporting acidity and finishes with soft tannins.
