($60) Medium red with an amber edge. Vinous, perfumed nose offers redcurrant, strawberry, cedar and mocha complicated by hints of game and nutty oak. A sweet, suave, rather soft midweight with good vinosity. Not a big wine but offers good energy and balance and intriguing notes of minerals and dried flowers. Finishes with sweet, ripe tannins and very good length.
