An amazing and surprising wine!
by Kendall11295147
I recently tasted this wine at an inn on Block Island, Rhode Island. This inn has been cited for several years by Wine Spectator as having a superior cellar. I am usually a French Cabernet zealot, and don't entertain blends. This was a lesser wine in terms of price, but it outshone the four course gourmet menu. My memory will always be this wine...earthy, rounded, full-bodied. I loved it!

Delicious within 30 min. after opening. Thanks for the recommendation (and sale) Flemington.

Right bank bordeaux style; very vegetal and earthy...a great value!
