About Martinelli Vineyards

Martinelli Winery is truly a creation born out of love. Founders Giuseppe and Luisa Martinelli eloped from their native Tuscany in 1895, with little more than their knowledge of winemaking, and set out to make a life in the new world. Over a century later, we can safely say that they succeeded.

($40) Light yellow. Ripe, honeyed apple and pear aromas, with a distinct mineral tone. Concentrated and focused, with iodine-accented pear and pit fruit flavors, gentle acidity and a note of toasted brioche. Spice notes build on the finish, which shows very good thrust and length. This seems the most fruit-driven of this set.
