About Dehlinger Winery
Founded in 1973 by Tom Dehlinger, a UC Davis graduate, Dehlinger Winery has a rep for quality not quantity. Production here has topped out at about 7,000 cases per vintage, a figure that has risen steadily since the initial 14 acres were planted in 1975.

($35) Medium yellow. Stony citrus fruits and toasty lees on the nose, with a riper peach quality arriving with air. Juicy and refreshing, offering spicy pit fruit and melon flavors along with honey and sweet butter. Finishes with very good lift and cut, with the melony quality repeating. I really like the finesse and restraint of this wine.
