($60) Light, bright gold. Smoky, mineral-dominated aromas of pear, mint, iodine and smoked meat. Fleshy orchard fruit flavors are firmed by juicy acidity and gain weight with air. Smoky minerality lingers on the long, juicy finish. Very complex already, but has the structure to age.
