($15) Bright, dark red. Currant, pepper, graphite and flowers on the nose, with a strong flinty element. Densely packed but juicy, with enticing sweetness to its flavors of wild strawberry, raspberry, smoke, pepper and spices. The gunflint character follows through on the palate. Finishes with sweet, gentle tannins. Very fresh cabernet, with a vibrant suggestion of raw crushed red fruits.
