($60) Light yellow. Spicy, floral-accented melon and citrus aromas, with a fine dusting of talc-y minerals. Fresh and juicy, with impressively vibrant peach and honeydew flavors perked up by lemon zest on the long, spicy finish. Delicious stuff.
