($48; 64% zinfandel, 28% mourvedre and 8% syrah) Dark red. Bright red fruits on the nose, with sexy baking spices and a floral element adding nuance. Deep and sweet but energetic and precise, with a vibrancy to its raspberry and bitter cherry flavors. Silky tannins build on the long, pliant finish.
