Pale gold. Smoky citrus and peach aromas are brightened by white pepper and zesty minerality. Warm, nutty orchard fruit flavors are braced by salty minerals and bitter quinine, which give grip to the broad finish. This was raised in about 40% new oak but isn't especially influenced by it.
