($64; 14% alcohol) Medium green-yellow. Inviting aromas of lichee, gooseberry jelly and yellow bell pepper. Pleasant hay blossom and bell pepper flavors are layered with sweet banana and white currant. Taut acidity gives this rather powerful sauvignon excellent focus. Finishes with lingering notes of elderflower, nettles and minerals. Drink 2008 to 2016.
