($17) Pale silvery-green color. Rather Loire-like aromas of pepper, minerals and licorice, with tropical fruit hints. Round, ripe, peppery and dry, showing a dusty edge and very good grip and length. The wine's richness is leavened by a piquant citrus and spice character and a finishing note of zesty quinine.
