($17) Pale yellow. Aromas of lemon pith and curd complicated by smoke and a whiff of char. Supple and ripe, but with good cut and focus to the citrus and spice flavors. Finishes persistent and fruity. The lees of the wine's semillon (40%) and sauvignon blanc (50%) components are stirred every other week until April.
