($40; includes 10% semillon) Very pale yellow. Ripe aromas of pear, pineapple, lemon drop, flowers and minerals. Larger-scaled and denser than the regular bottling but given shape by lovely floral cut and spice character. This intense, tightly wound sauvignon boasts a mouthfilling texture and considerable extract.
