($16) Pale straw. Vivid citrus and mineral aromas suggest lime, pink grapefruit and quinine. Racy citrus flavors fan out in the mouth, picking up orange, peach pit and pear nuances. The long, tangy finish offers an intriguing interplay of zesty fruit and minerality, as well as an impression of anise.
