($21) Bright straw. Steely lime and green apple aromas are complicated by honeysuckle and yellow rose. Fleshy pit fruit flavors pick up a smoky character with air and are nicely framed by gentle minerality. Finishes with excellent grip and a strong, dusty mineral note. This is livelier than most versions from Alsace.
