($28) Pale green-gold color. Dusty, leesy aromas of orange, lime, spices and minerals. Dense and tactile but light on its feet, packed with penetrating flavors of orange, peach and wet stone. Very suave chardonnay, combining uncanny energy with subtle weight: I love this style. A strong vintage for this consistently excellent bottling.
