($38; from the Stoller vineyard) Light, bright gold. Fresh melon and yellow plum on the nose, with a suave mineral quality adding complexity. Juicy cantaloupe and white peach flavors are concentrated and impressively energetic, picking up bitter quinine and sweet butter notes on the back end. Finishes with excellent lift, clarity and persistence.
