($55) Bright yellow. Very pure, Burgundian perfume of pineapple, lemon, peach skin, minerals and mint. A distinct step up from the foregoing wines in intensity and concentration. This offers terrific cut and perfume without any impression of weight. The pineapple and stone flavors lead to a very long, brisk, mouth-cleansing finish. Superb.
